My, What Big Feet You Have!

It appears that almost overnight Austin's feet GREW! It seems as though he has been a size 4, forever. I noticed the other day when I was putting his shoes on that he winced and moaned.  So for the past two days he has been wearing sandals. Yeah his toes started to poke over the front, but at least they had room to breathe.  I cleared out his shoe drawer and he was left with one pair of tennis shoes and one pair of galoshes (Thanks, Auntie Joy).  Since we are not excepting rain soon, I figured it was time to go shoe shopping.


Gotta love Target, three pairs of shoes for less than the cost of a full tank of gas..one pair on sale, no less!




I took my camera and planned on getting some great pics. Well let's just say the camera stayed put and I figured it would be easier to get a picture once we got home.  Otherwise you would have seen the blurry backside of Austin as he tried to run down the aisles.  Lucky for me, he actually prefers to be strapped into the seat cover or car seat or high chair and protested getting out to try on shoes.  I am not sure what that says about his personality except maybe he is a "follow-the-rules-kinda-guy", I'll take it!

We had three stops to make and Austin let it be known that it was one stop too many for his liking.  He crashed within 5 minutes of getting in the car.  Since he is snoozing now I took the liberty of getting some shoe pics. (Just pretend Austin is wearing them.)
