Austin is and was a beautiful, beautiful little boy! Can't wait to watch him learn and grow!
He looks like a real trooper! My grandaughter has perfect hearing but we still play signing videos for her every day and have used signing to communicate with her since she was born. She is about 9 months old and has been signaling us since she was just weeks old. My daughter is so tuned into her signs. I believe she did the same when she was a baby only I didn't catch on nearly as quickly. I'm learning now. It's just so cool to have a broader means of communication.
Well you know special babies all have special moms! {{{hugs}}} He couldn't do it without you.
Well looking back can sometimes be a good thing and other times a not so good thing. I hope it was a good look back and that everything goes great with him. He seems like such a fighter, I'm sure that comes from his mommy.

sounds like it is time to move back to Texas, i read about the surgery and all you have gone through. you are truly a remarkable woman and he is such a blessing to look at and thank you so much for sharing this.
